“Study nature, love nature, stay close to nature. It will never fail you.”
Frank Lloyd Wright

About the Artist
Jenna Parfitt started creating stained glass windows one hour per day in her high school art metals and glass class from her sophomore to senior year. During this time she produced Earth, Air, Fire, Water, which went on to win a Gold Key and the Bronze Medallion of Excellence in the 2009 Wisconsin Regional Scholastic Art Awards.
She attended UW-Madison from 2009 to 2014 where she studied and practiced glass blowing, glass fusing, glass slumping, and glass casting, as well as drawing, painting, 2D/3D design, film photography, and small metals. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Art by taking foundational-level science courses alongside studio art, as she loves science as well as art. She draws inspiration from it and from her experiences with nature including travel which has brought her to 5 continents and too many states to remember.
She received her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from UW-Milwaukee in 2020.
